Edit, Format, View and Help Menu of Notepad

Edit Menu
This is used to select any text, Cut, Copy or Delete any selected text and find or replace any text.
इसका प्रयोग हम किसी भी selected text को cut, copy या delete करने और खोजने या उसके जगह दूसरा text लाने के लिए करते हैं |

Undo (Ctrl+Z)
This is used to bring or remove any cut or deleted text.
इसका प्रयोग हम किसी भी cut या delete किये हुवे text को हटाने या लाने के लिए करते हैं |
àFirstly, you cut or delete any selected text.
àClick on Edit Menu then click undo.

Cut (Ctrl+X)
This is used to cut any selected text.
इसका प्रयोग हम किसी भी सेलेक्ट किये हुवे text को उसके जगह से हटाने के लिए करते हैं|
àFirstly, you select any text.
àClick on Edit Menu then click cut.                                       
Then that selected text will cut….

Copy (Ctrl+C)
This is used to copy any selected text.
इसका प्रयोग हम किसी भी selected text को copy करने के लिए करते हैं |
àFirstly, you select any text.
àClick on Edit Menu then click copy.
Then that selected text will copy….

Paste (Ctrl+V)
This is used to paste any cut or copied text to many times on many locations.
इसका प्रयोग हम किसी भी cut या copy किये हुवे text को जहाँ चाहे वहाँ, जितना बार चाहे उतना बार paste करने के लिए करते हैं |
àFirstly, you cut or copy any selected text.
àClick on Edit Menu then click paste.
Then that cut or copied text will paste….

Delete (Del/Delete)
This is used to delete any selected text.
इसका प्रयोग हम किसी भी selected text को delete करने के लिए करते हैं |
àFirstly, you select any text.
àClick on Edit Menu then click delete.
Then that selected text will delete….

Find (Ctrl+F)
This is used to find any text of file.
इसका प्रयोग हम file के किसी भी text को search करने के लिए करते हैं |
àFirstly, you type some text in your file.
àClick on Edit Menu then click find. Then ‘Find’ box will appear.
àType any text in ‘Find what’ box and click on find next.

Replace (Ctrl+H)
This is used to replace any text in another text.
इसका प्रयोग हम किसी text के जगह दुसरे text को लाने के लिए करते हैं |
àFirstly, you type some text in your file.
àClick on Edit Menu then click replace. Then ‘Replace’ box will appear.
àType old text in ‘find what’ box and new text in ‘replace with’ box. Then click replace or replace all button.
Then your file text will replace in new text…

Go To (Ctrl+G)
This is used to find any line number in file.
इसका प्रयोग हम file में किसी भी लाइन number को search करने के लिए करते हैं |
àFirstly, you type line number in your file.
àClick on edit menu then click go to. Then ‘go to line’ box will appear.
àType line number in line number box then click go to.
Then, line number will find.

Select All (Ctrl+A)
This is used to select all text in your file.
इसका प्रयोग हम file के सारे text को सेलेक्ट करने के लिए करते हैं |
àFirstly, you type some text in your file.
àClick on edit menu then click select all.
àThen select all text in your file.

Time/Date (F5)
This is used to bring Time/Date anywhere in your file.
इसका प्रयोग हम अपने file में कहीं भी time/date लाने के लिए करते हैं |
àClick on edit menu then click time/date.

Format Menu
Word Wrap and Font only two options are in format menu.
नोटपैड के format menu में केवल दो option हैं..

1. Word Wrap

2. Font

Word Wrap
This is used to check or uncheck Word Wrap option. When Word Wrap option is unchecked and typed any text in your file then that text goes to the same line in right side or When word wrap option is checked and typed any text in your file then that text automatic go to the next line. 
इसका प्रयोग हम word wrap option को check या uncheck करने के लिए करते हैं | जब word wrap option को uncheck किया जाता हैं और अपने file में कोई भी text type किया जाता हैं तो वह उसी लाइन में दायीं तरफ में जाने लगता हैं और जब word wrap option को check किया जाता हैं और अपने file में कोई भी text type किया जाता हैं तो वह automatic अगले लाइन में चला जाता हैं|
àClick on Format Menu. Then, check word wrap option and type some text. Again, uncheck word wrap option and type some text.
àWhen word wrap option of format menu is unchecked then ‘go to’ option of edit menu and status bar of view menu is highlighted.

जब format menu के word wrap option को uncheck किया जाता हैं, तो edit menu का go to और view menu का status bar highlight होता हैं |

Font
This is used to change or set font, font style and font size of any text.
इसका प्रयोग हम text का font, font style और font size change या set करने के लिए करते हैं |
àClick on format menu then click font. Then, ‘font box’ will appear.
àSelect any font, font style and font size. Then, click ok. You can see these changes in sample box).
For writing any text in English, we use ‘Arial’ and ‘Times New Roman’ font and in Hindi we use ‘kurtidev010’.
àThe Official font size of English is ‘12’ and Hindi is ‘14’.
àMaximum font size is ‘72’ and minimum font size is ‘8’.

View Menu
This is used to show and hide of status bar in below of text area.
इस menu का प्रयोग हम status bar को text area के नीचे दिखाने या छुपाने के लिए करते हैं |

Status Bar
This is used to show line number and column number in below of text area.
इसका प्रयोग हम text area के नीचे line number और column number को दिखाने के लिए करते हैं |
àClick on View Menu then click status bar.
àThen, line number(ln) and column number(col) will show in below of text area.

Help
This is used to help online about notepad.
इसका प्रयोग हम नोटपैड के बारे में ऑनलाइन कोई भी सहायता लेने के लिए करते हैं |
àClick on Help Menu then click on view help.

किसी भी corrupted pendrive, memory card और computer Drive को CMD या DOS के द्वारा Format कैसे करते हैं ?

(command prompt) / DOS?
किसी भी corrupted pendrive, memory card और computer को CMD या DOS के द्वारा Format कैसे करते हैं ?
किसी भी corrupted pendrive और memory card को computer से CMD यानी DOS के द्वारा format करने के लिए keyboard से Windows + R key press करते हैं तो Run Command का box आता हैं | फिर run box में CMD type करके Enter key press करते हैं तो command prompt का विंडोज open होता हैं |
इसके लिए नीचे दिये गये steps को follow करें :-

Ø  Press Windows + R key then type CMD and then press ‘Enter’ key.

Ø  Diskpart
Diskpart type करने के बाद Enter key press करते हैं तो run as administrator का box आता हैं फिर yes करते हैं | और उसके बाद listdisk type करते हैं |

Ø  Listdisk
Listdisk type करके Enter key press करते हैं | तो computer में जितना disk insert होगा उसका size दिखाई देगा | जैसे की निचे दिखाया गया हैं |
अब जिस disk को format करना होता हैं उसे सेलेक्ट करते हैं| जैसे की Disk 1 को format करना हैं तो select disk 1 command type करके enter key press करेंगे तो Disk 1 is now the selected disk लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Select disk 1
Disk 1 is now the selected disk.
अब, Disk को clean करने के लिए clean command type करके enter key press करेंगे तो Diskpart succeded in cleaning the disk लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Clean
Diskpart succeded in cleaning the disk.
इसके बाद disk में partition create करने के लिए create partition primary command type करके enter key press करेंगे तो Diskpart succeded in the creating the specified partition लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Create partition primary
Diskpart succeded in the creating the specified partition.
Partition create करने के बाद partition को सेलेक्ट करने के लिए Select Partition 1 type करके Enter key press करेंगे तो Partition 1 is now the selected partition लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Select partition 1
Partition 1 is now the selected partition.
Partition 1 को select करने के बाद format का command Format fs = ntfs quick type करके enter key press करेंगे तो 0 % से शुरू होकर 100 % तक होने के बाद Format complete हो जायेगा | उसके बाद Diskpart successfully formatted the volume लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Format fs = ntfs quick
0 percent completed
100 percent completed
Diskpart successfully formatted the volume.
Format complete होने के बाद उस Disk को Active करेंगे | इसके लिए Active का command Active type करके enter key press करेंगे तो Diskpart marked the current partition as active लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Active
Diskpart marked the current partition as active
Disk को Active करने के बाद आपका Disk Data को read करने और store करके रखने के लिए ready हो जायेगा | अब आप उसमें data को copy करके paste करके check करके देख सकते हैं |

यदि आप अपने disk का नाम change करना चाहते हैं मतलब पहले आपके disk का नाम G था अब R करना हैं या और कोई भी दूसरा letter दे सकते हैं | इसके लिए Assign letter = R command type करके Enter key press करेंगे | तो आपके Disk का नाम R हो जायेगा और Diskpart successfully assigned the drive letter or mount the point लिखा हुआ आयेगा | Assign letter = R (if you want rename Drive) Diskpart successfully assigned the drive letter or mount the point.इस तरह से हम DOS command का use करके अपने corrupted pendrive, memory और computer drive को format कर सकते हैं |

Depreciation: किसी सम्पति के मूल्य में किसी भी कारण से धीरे – धीरे होने वाले स्थायी कमी को Depreciation यानी अवमूल्यन कहते हैं |
DB Function Formula:
इससे हम किसी निश्चित अवधि के लिए किसी संपति या वस्तु का Depreciation fixed-declining balance method का use करके Calculate कर सकते हैं | इसका उपयोग प्रमुख रूप से उपकरणों, मशीनरी, और संपत्ति के मूल्य की कमी की गणना करने में किया जाता है।

• cost: वस्तु का मूल्य (शुरुआती मूल्य)।
• salvage: संपत्ति का मूल्य (समाप्ति मूल्य)।
• life: संपत्ति की अवधि (सालों में)।
• period: जिस अवधि तक आप डिप्रीशिएशन की गणना करना चाहते हैं।
• [month]: वैकल्पिक। इससे निर्धारित किया जाता है कि वर्ष के कौन से महीने में आप गणना करना चाहते हैं। डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से, यह 12 होता है।

Salvage Value = Initial Cost – Total Depreciation Value

Per Year Depreciation Percent = 1^st year depreciation value / Initial Cost (%)

Dep. Amount = Rate of Dep.*Initial Value%
Value after Depreciation for Next Year = Initial Value – Dep. Amount

DDB Function Formula
इससे हम किसी निश्चित अवधि के लिए किसी संपति या वस्तु का Depreciation double-declining balance method का use करके Calculate कर सकते हैं | इसका उपयोग प्रमुख रूप से उपकरणों, मशीनरी, और संपत्ति के मूल्य की कमी की गणना करने में किया जाता है।

Syntax

DDB(cost, salvage, life, period, [factor])

VDB function:
इससे हम किसी निश्चित अवधि के लिए किसी संपति या वस्तु का Depreciation double declining balance method का use करके Calculate कर सकते हैं | इसका उपयोग प्रमुख रूप से उपकरणों, मशीनरी, और संपत्ति के मूल्य की कमी की गणना करने में किया जाता है। इसका उपयोग उस समय भी किया जाता है जब संपति या वस्तु dead हो चुकी हैं यानी उनका अस्तित्व खत्म हो चूका हैं |

VDB stands for variable declining balance.

Syntax

VDB(cost, salvage, life, start_period, end_period, [factor], [no_switch])

SLN function:
इससे हम किसी भी सम्पति, उपकरण और मशीन की मूल्य में कमी यानी की Straight line Depreciation calculate कर सकते हैं जब सम्पति, उपकरण और मशीन की मूल्य में कमी हर साल सामान मात्रा में होता हैं |
Syntax
SLN(cost, salvage, life)

SYD function
इससे हम अपनी सम्पति की सालाना Depreciation calculate कर सकते हैं जब depreciation हर साल एक निश्चित मात्रा में कम होता हैं | इसका उपयोग हम मुख्य रूप से उपकरणों, मशीनरी, और संपत्ति के मूल्य की कमी की गणना करने के लिए करते हैं |

Financial Function CUMIPMT and CUMPRINC Formula

CUMIPMT function
CUMIPMT Function एक Financial Function हैं जो Excel में Interest Calculate करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता हैं | इससे हम किसी भी अवधी के लिए लिये गये Loan का interest calculate कर सकते हैं | इससे हम किसी एक month, एक से अधिक month, एक साल या एक से अधिक साल का Interest calculate कर सकते हैं |

Syntax: CUMIPMT (rate, nper, pv, start_period, end_period, type)

Rate : Interest Rate, कितना Interest Rate पर ब्याज लिये हुवे हैं |
Nper : Total Payment की संख्या की कुल कितने Time में Payment करना हैं |
PV : वह Loan Amount जिस पर interest calculate करना हैं |
Start Period : वह period number जिस दिन से interest calculate करना हैं |
End Period : वह period number जिस दिन तक interest calculate करना हैं |
Type : यदि Interest month के last तक calculate करना हैं तो 0 (zero) type करते हैं और month के शुरू तक calculate करना हैं तो 1 type करते हैं |

Example : कोई person 1,00,000 रुपये Loan 10% interest rate से 5 साल के लिये हुवे हैं | तो 3 से 5 महीने का interest calculate करके बतायें |

CUMPRINC FUNCTION: CUMPRINC Function एक Financial Function हैं जो Excel में Principal Amount Calculate करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता हैं | इससे हम किसी भी अवधी के लिए लिये गये Loan का Principal calculate कर सकते हैं | इससे हम किसी एक month, एक से अधिक month, एक साल या एक से अधिक साल का Principal calculate कर सकते हैं |
Syntax

CUMPRINC(rate, nper, pv, start_period, end_period, type)

Example : कोई person 1,00,000 रुपये Loan 10% interest rate से 5 साल के लिये लिये हुवे हैं | तो 3 से 5 महीने का Principal calculate करके बतायें |
