किसी भी corrupted pendrive, memory card और computer को CMD या DOS के द्वारा Format कैसे करते हैं ?
किसी भी corrupted pendrive और memory card को computer से CMD यानी DOS के द्वारा format करने के लिए keyboard से Windows + R key press करते हैं तो Run Command का box आता हैं | फिर run box में CMD type करके Enter key press करते हैं तो command prompt का विंडोज open होता हैं |
इसके लिए नीचे दिये गये steps को follow करें :-

Ø  Press Windows + R key then type CMD and then press ‘Enter’ key.

Ø  Diskpart
Diskpart type करने के बाद Enter key press करते हैं तो run as administrator का box आता हैं फिर yes करते हैं | और उसके बाद listdisk type करते हैं |

Ø  Listdisk
Listdisk type करके Enter key press करते हैं | तो computer में जितना disk insert होगा उसका size दिखाई देगा | जैसे की निचे दिखाया गया हैं |
अब जिस disk को format करना होता हैं उसे सेलेक्ट करते हैं| जैसे की Disk 1 को format करना हैं तो select disk 1 command type करके enter key press करेंगे तो Disk 1 is now the selected disk लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Select disk 1
Disk 1 is now the selected disk.
अब, Disk को clean करने के लिए clean command type करके enter key press करेंगे तो Diskpart succeded in cleaning the disk लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Clean
Diskpart succeded in cleaning the disk.
इसके बाद disk में partition create करने के लिए create partition primary command type करके enter key press करेंगे तो Diskpart succeded in the creating the specified partition लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Create partition primary
Diskpart succeded in the creating the specified partition.
Partition create करने के बाद partition को सेलेक्ट करने के लिए Select Partition 1 type करके Enter key press करेंगे तो Partition 1 is now the selected partition लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Select partition 1
Partition 1 is now the selected partition.
Partition 1 को select करने के बाद format का command Format fs = ntfs quick type करके enter key press करेंगे तो 0 % से शुरू होकर 100 % तक होने के बाद Format complete हो जायेगा | उसके बाद Diskpart successfully formatted the volume लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Format fs = ntfs quick
0 percent completed
100 percent completed
Diskpart successfully formatted the volume.
Format complete होने के बाद उस Disk को Active करेंगे | इसके लिए Active का command Active type करके enter key press करेंगे तो Diskpart marked the current partition as active लिखा हुआ आयेगा |

Ø  Active
Diskpart marked the current partition as active
Disk को Active करने के बाद आपका Disk Data को read करने और store करके रखने के लिए ready हो जायेगा | अब आप उसमें data को copy करके paste करके check करके देख सकते हैं |

यदि आप अपने disk का नाम change करना चाहते हैं मतलब पहले आपके disk का नाम G था अब R करना हैं या और कोई भी दूसरा letter दे सकते हैं | इसके लिए Assign letter = R command type करके Enter key press करेंगे | तो आपके Disk का नाम R हो जायेगा और Diskpart successfully assigned the drive letter or mount the point लिखा हुआ आयेगा | Assign letter = R (if you want rename Drive) Diskpart successfully assigned the drive letter or mount the point.इस तरह से हम DOS command का use करके अपने corrupted pendrive, memory और computer drive को format कर सकते हैं |

Depreciation: किसी सम्पति के मूल्य में किसी भी कारण से धीरे – धीरे होने वाले स्थायी कमी को Depreciation यानी अवमूल्यन कहते हैं |
DB Function Formula:
इससे हम किसी निश्चित अवधि के लिए किसी संपति या वस्तु का Depreciation fixed-declining balance method का use करके Calculate कर सकते हैं | इसका उपयोग प्रमुख रूप से उपकरणों, मशीनरी, और संपत्ति के मूल्य की कमी की गणना करने में किया जाता है।

• cost: वस्तु का मूल्य (शुरुआती मूल्य)।
• salvage: संपत्ति का मूल्य (समाप्ति मूल्य)।
• life: संपत्ति की अवधि (सालों में)।
• period: जिस अवधि तक आप डिप्रीशिएशन की गणना करना चाहते हैं।
• [month]: वैकल्पिक। इससे निर्धारित किया जाता है कि वर्ष के कौन से महीने में आप गणना करना चाहते हैं। डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से, यह 12 होता है।

Salvage Value = Initial Cost – Total Depreciation Value

Per Year Depreciation Percent = 1^st year depreciation value / Initial Cost (%)

Dep. Amount = Rate of Dep.*Initial Value%
Value after Depreciation for Next Year = Initial Value – Dep. Amount

DDB Function Formula
इससे हम किसी निश्चित अवधि के लिए किसी संपति या वस्तु का Depreciation double-declining balance method का use करके Calculate कर सकते हैं | इसका उपयोग प्रमुख रूप से उपकरणों, मशीनरी, और संपत्ति के मूल्य की कमी की गणना करने में किया जाता है।

Syntax

DDB(cost, salvage, life, period, [factor])

VDB function:
इससे हम किसी निश्चित अवधि के लिए किसी संपति या वस्तु का Depreciation double declining balance method का use करके Calculate कर सकते हैं | इसका उपयोग प्रमुख रूप से उपकरणों, मशीनरी, और संपत्ति के मूल्य की कमी की गणना करने में किया जाता है। इसका उपयोग उस समय भी किया जाता है जब संपति या वस्तु dead हो चुकी हैं यानी उनका अस्तित्व खत्म हो चूका हैं |

VDB stands for variable declining balance.

Syntax

VDB(cost, salvage, life, start_period, end_period, [factor], [no_switch])

SLN function:
इससे हम किसी भी सम्पति, उपकरण और मशीन की मूल्य में कमी यानी की Straight line Depreciation calculate कर सकते हैं जब सम्पति, उपकरण और मशीन की मूल्य में कमी हर साल सामान मात्रा में होता हैं |

SLN(cost, salvage, life)

SYD function
इससे हम अपनी सम्पति की सालाना Depreciation calculate कर सकते हैं जब depreciation हर साल एक निश्चित मात्रा में कम होता हैं | इसका उपयोग हम मुख्य रूप से उपकरणों, मशीनरी, और संपत्ति के मूल्य की कमी की गणना करने के लिए करते हैं |

CUMIPMT function
CUMIPMT Function एक Financial Function हैं जो Excel में Interest Calculate करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता हैं | इससे हम किसी भी अवधी के लिए लिये गये Loan का interest calculate कर सकते हैं | इससे हम किसी एक month, एक से अधिक month, एक साल या एक से अधिक साल का Interest calculate कर सकते हैं |

Syntax: CUMIPMT (rate, nper, pv, start_period, end_period, type)

Rate : Interest Rate, कितना Interest Rate पर ब्याज लिये हुवे हैं |
Nper : Total Payment की संख्या की कुल कितने Time में Payment करना हैं |
PV : वह Loan Amount जिस पर interest calculate करना हैं |
Start Period : वह period number जिस दिन से interest calculate करना हैं |
End Period : वह period number जिस दिन तक interest calculate करना हैं |
Type : यदि Interest month के last तक calculate करना हैं तो 0 (zero) type करते हैं और month के शुरू तक calculate करना हैं तो 1 type करते हैं |

Example : कोई person 1,00,000 रुपये Loan 10% interest rate से 5 साल के लिये हुवे हैं | तो 3 से 5 महीने का interest calculate करके बतायें |

CUMPRINC FUNCTION: CUMPRINC Function एक Financial Function हैं जो Excel में Principal Amount Calculate करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता हैं | इससे हम किसी भी अवधी के लिए लिये गये Loan का Principal calculate कर सकते हैं | इससे हम किसी एक month, एक से अधिक month, एक साल या एक से अधिक साल का Principal calculate कर सकते हैं |
Syntax

CUMPRINC(rate, nper, pv, start_period, end_period, type)
